The Trustee may transfer property and manage the Trust assets without re-executing the Trust each time.
Any property that is transferred to the Trust must simply be titled in the name of the Trust (or the Trustee of the Trust). The Trust document does not need to be re-executed or notarized when this occurs, unless the Trust specifically states such a requirement.
The Trustee is empowered by the Trust document to manage the Trust for the benefit of the beneficiaries listed in the Trust, and the Trustee must do so properly as he or she is vested with a fiduciary duty to manage the Trust per its written terms.
