Once you’ve downloaded a PDF form, you can open and complete it using the FREE Adobe Reader program.
(You may also use the commercial version of Adobe Acrobat.)
A computer’s settings dictate what program will open a particular file type. Most often, PDF files will automatically open using Adobe Reader. If you have Adobe Reader installed and clicking on a PDF form’s link does not launch Reader, then check your system’s Help to learn how to associate programs with certain file types and extensions.
You can also simply launch Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, select Open, then browse your way to the form you wish to open.
