In most states, mobile homes are “titled” like vehicles and are not considered real property (where ownership is evidenced by a deed, like land or a permanent home).
To transfer a mobile home to a Living Trust (i.e. to “fund” the trust with it), the title must be transferred to the Trust — just as if an automobile is being transferred.
