While this matter can vary by state, generally ownership in a mobile home is evidenced by a title (much like a vehicle).
If the mobile home is permanently affixed to the land upon which it sits, in that case it could be considered real property.
A UCC may perfect an interest on personal property located in the home, but ownership of the mobile home itself is evidence by a title or is
considered part of the real property — and a UCC is generally not used for that type of property.
