There is no legal obligation by the Maker to show his or her Last Will and Testament to anyone during the life of the Maker of the Will. But after death, the process has some requirements.
Upon death, the Will is probated in court and the beneficiaries in the Will are generally notified of the terms of the document at that time by the Executor.
